Weighfeeders in the metal industryThe customer has a weighing module in his process, without which the production does not work. He came to us with the request that the equipment should not stand for more than 24 hours. In this particular case, we check the equipment quarterly for damage and record it. We also guarantee the customer that we will be on site within 24 hours.

Container scales for filling road saltIn this case, the customer has his production peaks especially in the winter months. Here, we already check the scales for damage and tolerance errors in the summer months and carry out adjustments accordingly. Here, too, we are on site within 24 hours to minimize downtime.

Verification of all scales in the process including all required documentsThe customer would like to have all scales checked and recorded within the scope of the calibration regulations.
Here we offer the customer comprehensive maintenance of all scales. Every eight weeks, the scales are checked, logged and tolerance errors are adjusted immediately. The customer gets all necessary documents ready issued by us.
